Will you be launching a new product? Do you have somebody who is planning a product launch who you want to support? There are various ways in which you can support a product launch through Facebook. Nevertheless, one I personally recommend is to creating an event. After creating the event, you can then promote it by inviting all of your business’s “fans” to participate in the event (i.e. your product launch).
The success of your product launch is crucial to your achieving business success. With the help of social networks like Facebook, you can easily reach out to hundreds or thousands of people with a few clicks. By creating a Facebook event, you can easily tell people about your product launch’s itinerary. It’s important that you spell out exactly what it means to participate in the launch event, so you will have to give specific details. Aside from the date and time, you can also describe what the launch is all about. For instance, you might explain that on the launch date, you are going to hold a variety of contests and award prizes, ranging from cash awards to coupons for products.
It is also vital to remind fans that they must confirm if they are attending the event in order to be eligible to receive prizes in the contests. This will create a buzz about your event and possibly encourage new people to become fans.
Depending on how many people are attending, you can plan different sets of prizes: smaller ones if you have, say, 50 attendees or less, or bigger prizes when you are able to get hundreds of confirmed attendees. It is also best to post reminders on your Facebook page to ensure that your business fans will not miss your product launch.
