As a rule of thumb, it is always a good idea to cross-promote your web 2.0 marketing campaigns. Let us use the example above. Say, you have a Facebook and Twitter account. Every now and then, you can post a link of your Facebook account on your Twitter. You can also publish posts about your Twitter account on Facebook.
Doing this will give various benefits. Some of them are:
- Increases exposure in both campaigns
- Increases your chances of getting sales from both campaigns
- Increases your customer engagement
