Similar to the line break remover, this tool was the result of getting poor PLR products.

The sales letters, that come with PLR, often have their formatting info scattered all over the place. It's what Geeks call 'inline formatting.'

That makes it hard to adjust the sales letter's look to your site.

Of course the HTML cleaner doesn't care whether you'll clean up sales letters or any other HTML.
